Mark C. was in his early sixties, a seasoned veteran of a lifelong career on Wall Street. Retirement was coming up and the years of early rising and general pushing were taking their toll. He still felt he had something to contribute but his waning physical prowess was affecting his confidence both at work and in his marriage. Then he had a heart attack.
Mark and his wife Joanie came to one of my workshops and began to look at the future in ways that helped them befriend mortality, reconnected with their dormant spirituality, and re-engaged their creativity and passion for life and love.
Today Mark and Joanie are living with a peaceful center and a new found sense of vitality and connection. Mark contributes his talents to groups he believes in, with causes that touch his heart.
